A leadership training fellowship for public media station managers is being developed by St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Poynter Institute is developing and administering. It is being funded by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.
It’s an executive level program following the success of the Editorial Integrity and Leadership program.

He's been in the market since the early 1980s, and since 1997 at WKKT "96.9 The Kat," the Country radio station owned by iHeartMedia. Come February 2025, Schadt will be hanging up the headphones. But, he will be an active retiree.
