A collection of 11 radio stations spread across the Delmarva Peninsula has a new leader. At the same time, social media posts confirm that the entire news department at HeartMedia's News/Talk radio station serving Southern California, which last week saw the resignation of its longtime PD, has been dismantled as part of widespread job cuts.
