The 2026 NAB Show formally opens on April 20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. As part of the Opening Session that Monday morning, a keynote conversation with an Emmy Award winner will be had along with a salute to one of American television's most successful reality series.

"ESPN 8: The Ocho" has its origins in the cult feature film "Dodgeball." Today, ESPN 8: The Ocho exists in real life as a free ad-supported streaming television (FAST) channel — and, as of today, as a digital multicast offering serving Central Florida, thanks to an arrangement with a Hearst Television station. 

In twin announcements made late Monday, Nexstar priced its previously announced offering of 6.5% new senior secured notes due 2033 and 7.25% new senior notes due 2034. Additionally, there will be an Early Settlement Date of Wednesday for TEGNA’s 5% Senior Notes due 2029 that were tendered by an early deadline.
