An ex parte filing from the NAB in response to FCC Chairman Brendan Carr's "Delete, Delete, Delete" initiative has taken aim at two groups representing the recorded music industry, accusing them for engaging in "copy-paste advocacy" and "rent-seeking" to block deregulation for local radio operators.
