A NYSE-traded technology platform that brings performance marketing to Connected TV has forged a partnership with a "go-to-market intelligence platform" in a way that is designed to help business-to-business marketers "reach the right business decision-makers through streaming TV ads."

According to a new Horowitz Research report, some 85% of American consumers watch at least some live TV content. And, in a boost to the Connected TV purveyor, some 40% of live viewers say they typically watch live TV on free, ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) services.

The multi-year agreements extend Mediacom’s carriage of Paramount’s broadcast TV stations under the CBS banner and such cable TV networks as BET, Comedy Central, MTV and Nickelodeon. As part of the renewal, Mediacom can now make the Paramount+ Premium plan available to Mediacom customers.

LPFM and other FM broadcast stations can now send online requests for certain FCC filing services.

The FCC Enforcement Bureau issued a Notice of Illegal Pirate Radio Broadcasting (NIPRB) per its authority from the PIRATE Act to Oregon property owner for allowing illegal broadcasting from their property.
