A South Texas operation led by Eugenio Falcón has agreed to part ways with a 6kw Class A FM serving a string of small cities along U.S. Highway 83 due west of McAllen. The buyer is a broadcast ministry, who will likely use the facility to target Spanish-language audiences on both sides of the Rio Grande.

Here's a deal that sees the transferor sign off on a deal agreed to by a transferee that just happens to be the same person. And, there will be some money trading hands, as an AM radio station in North Carolina is being officially donated from one Edward Baker-led entity to another he serves as President of.
