We are addressing the issue of the current FCC Registration Number (FRN) not appearing in the header of a facility listing in FCCdata.
Identified an issue where the eLMS facility file was not updating the FRN when an application is filed or actioned. We have launched a 1X program that would identify facility records without FRNs. The program would go through each application record by date of submission to determine the most current FRN and then will write that current FRN to the eLMS facility file. For facilities (mainly deleted facilities) that predated FRNs and placeholder facilities (such as for allotments), a positive "NO FRN" message will appear. Only facility IDs that reference US activities were updated.
We are addressing an issue where KZNO-LD, Los Angeles (Facility ID 63149) is showing in China.
The original applications (0000219500, 0000206678, 0000194392) were filed with east latitude on the FCC application. This is not an REC issue.
We are addressing an issue in FCCdata where TV facilities are showing alleged engineering records with no coordinates and no map displayed.
The issue was discovered in eLMS TV applist application type codes 317 (Ancillary/Supplementary Services Report), CNL (Cancel) and TOL (Tolling). We have placed some code in the daily TV application update and further set in some hard coding in FCCdata to supress 317, CNL and TOL+ application types from appearing in the left engineering section.
We are addressing an issue where mapping for DTS facilities is returning an error message. (Facility ID 8378, File# 0000287822).
