Tower Finder enhancement

Updated Tower Finder by adding more information from the FCC Antenna Structure Registation data.

New data includes:

• Overall height of tower (with appurtenances) (which is used on FCC applications)
• Overall height of tower above mean sea level
• Structure address
• Construction date of tower (where available)
• Name of owner if an individual
• FRN
• Fixed display of contact address when both a street address and a PO Box are used
