FM contours in FCCdata frozen (except translators)

Due to the decaying reliability of the contours provided by the FCC on their flat files, we are moving to generating our own contours that will be used in the display of maps in FCCdata.

In coordination with an existing regulatory project, contours for FM translators will now be built using power/antenna data and HAAT calculations and stored.  This eliminates our dependence on the flat file for his data.  We will be eventually moving LPFM, boosters and full-service FM into a similar method.  This process will run every day during the morning update.  Until all data has been built up, contours on newly filed full-service, LPFM and booster applications may not properly display.  We anticipate building LPFM and boosters during the week of 5-25-2020 and anticipate full-service FM will be built up by June 1, 2020.

The system may try to manually build maps for these affected facilities which may result in a slightly longer response.
