FCC.today - real time LMS update fix

A fix was made in our internal LMS-BOT system resulting in FCC.today to display more than 100 transactions in a day. 

LMS-BOT is a "screen scrape" program that gathers information from the FCC's LMS public access system in order to drive real time data on FCC.today and for other systems.  Due to a long standing bug, LMS-BOT was only able to gather up to 100 transactions (applications & actions) in a single day. This means that some transactions were never reflected on the real time display.  REC has cleared that issue and currently, LMS-BOT and support up to 500 transactions for the day.  

This change will improve the completeness of information shown on FCC.today.
