Recoded and deployed toybox application public_notice.
Updated and transitioned programs that support REC system operational status (status page and front page operational status summary) and internal program that allows for the updates of status. Message of the Day for FCCdata is still on Legacy for now but can be controlled by the interface on Sys40.
Went through all of the Toybox applications with a utility that we wrote that checks the source code for obvious transition-related errors. This utility did not exist when most of the Toybox applications were converted. Through this process, we were able to correct several issues that were impacting various Toybox applications.
To prepare for post-transition projects, we are installing NED-1 terrain data in TIF format.
Established new directory structure of eLMS on the System40 platform.
Recoded the sources for LMSlist in preparation for dual operation. LMSlist periodically retrieves the list of qualified LMS applications from a relay server. It then makes the data available for FCC.today and then determines which applications qualify for full eLMS processing. The program then executes the eLMS parser for each qualifying application.
We are finding that much of the eLMS list and parser source code is already written to PHP 8 standards which will make the recoding process a bit faster. Code will still need to be modified, but it will require much less work than it could have been.
Removed certificates for LPFM.APP from Legacy. Changed DNS to repoint to Sys40. Established new certificates for LPFM.APP on Sys40. LPFM.APP has been transitioned to Sys40 using Legacy as a data source.
Moved one recently updated station logo from LPFM.us on Legacy to Sys40.

Recoded the eLMS parse, bot and public notice sources for PHP8 and the Sys40 directory structure. Sys40 will have both a production and a test environment for eLMS, each with their own independent databases and file respositories.
Replicated the eLMS database on Sys40 for a test environment. This will allow us to further debug the recently recoded eLMS files in a manner that will not disrupt normal operations.
During this upcoming week (10/7~10/11, 2024), we will be testing eLMS on Sys40 in the test environment. This will have no impact on the current production systems.
