FAQ: My MX group defaulted to involuntary time sharing, can I negotiate with the other group which time slot I should take?

Select FAQ Category:

No. §73.872(d)(2) prohibits collusion by requiring all applicants to make a statement that they did not collude with other applicants on the selection of time slots. However, if you are negotiating with the other group, you might as well negotiate a settlement agreement so you both can have renewable licenses.
