This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

White Rock Creek Near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave affecting Dallas County. Walnut Creek Near Mansfield affecting Tarrant County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Walnut Creek near Mansfield. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur along the creek through Mansfield, downstream of Joe Pool Lake. At 22 feet, Retta Road, North Street, Walnut Creek Road, and Magnolia Road are all flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 18.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early this morning to 21.6 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this morning to 7.8 feet late Thursday morning. It will rise to 7.9 feet early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
