The strongest winds and critically low relative humidity values Sunday will favor the central mountain chain and northeast highlands westward. Then, relative humidity plummets over eastern areas as well on Monday. Winds will strengthen over central and eastern areas late Monday morning, but not until mid afternoon farther west. ...FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING... * AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Highlands (Zones 123) from noon until 10 PM MDT Sunday, and from 11 AM until 10 PM Monday. * 20 FOOT WINDS...On Sunday, south and southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.
