This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Hermann. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.9 feet, State Route B in northwest Franklin County west of New Haven is closed near this height between Berger and Etlah. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 25.8 feet and near a crest. - Recent Activity...The river rose above flood stage on Monday, April 29. The crest so far has been near 25.9 feet Tuesday afternoon, April 30. - Forecast...The river will hold steady near its current level through tomorrow afternoon before beginning a slow fall. It will fall below flood stage early Friday morning and continue falling this weekend. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
