This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

Navasota River Near Easterly affecting Leon and Robertson Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Navasota River near Easterly. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding below Easterly is expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 23.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall to 21.6 feet late this evening. It will then rise to 21.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It will fall below flood stage late Thursday morning to 2.2 feet early Sunday morning then rise again.
