This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... Navasota River Near Easterly affecting Leon and Robertson Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Navasota River near Easterly. * WHEN...Until late Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding will occur from below Easterly to below Highway 21. Cattle in the flood plain could be affected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 21.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is nearing its crest and will remain between 20.0 and 21.7 feet for the next few days. The river is forecasted to fall below flood stage Thursday morning, but additional rainfall this week may impact the river levels causing additional rises.
