REC operations for the month of April, 2023

Due to attendance at NAB and some long overdue time off, REC will be going into minimal operations from April 14 through May 3, 2023.

During this period, we will have mimimal access to systems for research or filings, may not be taking live phone calls and limited time to respond to email inquiries or issues with REC systems.  Our level of access may vary day by day through this period (to the point of where on some days, we may be able to encounter a full operations environment.).

During minimal operations, the following situations will be given priority:

  • Resumption of operations of silent stations facing a §312(g) cancellation (off the air for 365 days).
  • All other resumption of operations.
  • Silent notifications.
  • License to cover construction permits that do not require any supporting exhibits (those construction permits that do not have any conditions prohibiting automatic program testing).

During this period, we ask that you email l p f m [a t] r e c n e t [dot] c o m with any questions or issues.  Email will be monitored throughout this period, but we may have limited opportunities to respond.

We ask that you get any work into us and paid prior to us going into this period.  The first one that we have had since COVID-19.
