Southwest winds will strengthen in the presence of widespread sub-15 percent and in many locations, single digit minimum relative humidity. A repeat of critical fire weather conditions is forecast Friday across much of eastern and portions of central New Mexico. * AREA AND TIMING...West Central Basin and Range (Zone 109), Upper Rio Grande Valley and Lower Chama River Valley (Zone 121) late this morning through the evening. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts between 35 and 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values between 10 and 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
