Contours of Class B and B1 stations not appearing correctly.

FCCdata may not be displaying contours of Class B and B1 stations correctly. We are aware of this issue an plan a fix ETU, 6/2/20 at 6PM. 6/1/2020 - 03:00pm EDT Issue resolved. Related to new functionality that manually builds contours instead of using the FCC's contour data. Was not properly taking into consideration stations that had a 57 or 54 dBu service contour. 31 applications were impacted. Those applications were re-ran with the appropriate service contours.
