This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

For the Missouri River...including Miami, Glasgow, Boonville... Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Missouri River at Boonville. * WHEN...Until early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, Low-lying rural areas along the river flood. At 25.0 feet, Numerous farm levees are overtopped. Flooding of agricultural land and secondary roads occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:04 PM CDT Monday the stage was 23.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.7 feet tomorrow morning.
