This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

South Fork Sabine River Near Quinlan affecting Hunt and Rockwall Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...South Fork Sabine River near Quinlan. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.5 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
