Transactions are limited to 6 queries per class B IP address (XXX.XXX.xxx.xxx).
If you receive the rate limited message, wait 60 seconds and then run your query again by clicking the link in the error message.
This current rate limit should be temporary. We are taking other measures to reduce the ability for bots to access REC resources, which may in turn access resources of outside entities, which may prevent our ability to use those resources in the future.
We will reexamine a different rate limit in the future.
