ARRR (American Radio Rebel Repository) is REC's searchable database of FCC enforcement activity related to unlicensed operation in the FM and AM broadcast bands in vioation of 47 USC §301 (Section 301 of the Communications Act). Those engaged in unlicensed broadcasting are ineligible to the party to any application for Low Power FM (LPFM) radio in accordance with §73.854 of the FCC Rules and Section 632(a)(2) of the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2001 (Public Law 106-553; 114 Stat. 2762A-111) as amended by the Local Community Radio Act of 2010.
