LMSbot first day issues impacting FCC.today

We are currently working issues with LMSbot v4.  These are some "first day" bumps in the road that we would expect. 

ISSUE

System locked for a long period of time.  Once unlocked, the system is not displaying applications from the previous business day in Classic Mode. 

Update: The long system lock time is also being caused by the Media Bureau releasing a large number of New York and New Jersey radio license renewal grants.  There are currently over 1,000 applications in the queue that need to be worked by eLMS v1 and v2.   Revised ETU, 3PM today.

ROOT CAUSE

The long system lock was caused by a coding error in LMSbot.  This issue has been addressed.  We are now working additional related issues.

RESOLUTION

Made a modification to the LMSbot source code. 

Issues appear to have been resolved.
