FCCdata AM contour map improvement

FCCdata/Denpahoso AM contour maps for FCC records will now display the 2 mV/m daytime contour (as it does now) as well as the 0.5 mV/m daytime contour.   Facilities with night or unlimited records will also show a nighttime 0.5 mV/m skywave contour.  You may have to zoom the maps out to see the entire contours.

The data source is the FCC.  Not all facilities are supported.  Newer facility modifications may not show.  Only current records as of 8/23/2019 will show however we plan to run a program once per week to pick up any updates the FCC may provide.

Both the OpenLayers and Google API maps are supported.

-------- Updated August 24, 2019 @ 11AM EDT

Contour map coverage detailed above extended to include the 0.5 mV/m nighttime skywave contours of many of the non-USA facilities in the FCC database.  The FCC database covers many AM stations throughout the western hemisphere.  Parameters in the data is based on information once reported to the United States Government and may  not necessarily reflect the current operating parameters of the facility.  In order to view these maps on Mexico and Canada records, you must access them through the "USA (AM/FM/TV)" tab.
