Summary

Gives the required distance spacing between LPFM stations on channels below 92 MHz and TV stations (both full power and low power) on Channel 6.

LPFM stations on frequencies 92.1 and above are not required to protect TV Channel 6 stations.

Text of Current Rule

(a) LPFM stations will be authorized on Channels 201 through 220 only if the pertinent minimum separation distances in the following table are met with respect to all full power TV Channel 6 stations.
